Winter Development training

When: Oct 9th-Nov 20th, 2023 (Monday and Thursday evenings)

Where: Monday evenings will be Midwest Performance Academy (1720 Terminal Road, Niles, MI) and Thursday evenings will be at the ScrapYard (4027 N Home St, Mishawaka, IN)

Who: Any Canes baseball player.  We will offer 2 sessions each night (Session 1: – 9U-12U players) and Session 2 – 13U-17U players).  Each evening players will work with coaches on fielding drills and techniques, baserunning & Hitting mechanics.

       Monday evenings:  9U-12U (6:30-7:30pm); 13U-17U (7:30-8:30pm) – Strength and speed training will also be available on these evenings

        Thursday evenings: 9U-12U (6:00-7:00pm); 13U-17U (7:00-8:00pm)

Cost: No Cost

The Canes Off Season Development Program is geared to help prepare each player for the upcoming season.  These sessions are not mandatory, but do provide a great opportunity to work with instructors on skill development and speed and strength for 7 weeks.
